No refund after 14 business days from warehouse receipt? File a support ticket through the app with the return tracking number. Cider responded to our test inquiry well inside the stated 24-48-hour window.

Our advice: stick to regular-priced items if a return might happen, consolidate into one shipment, take store credit for speed, and photograph every piece with tags before mailing.
